Returns

Prior is a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers. Therefore, all purchases from Prior, excluding the brands Prior and Core, are final sales due to the limited nature of our products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. This policy also applies to gift cards.

Returns for Prior and Core Brands

For Prior and Core brand products, contact us within 14 days for online purchases or visit our store within 14 days for in-store purchases. Approved returns receive store credit or exchanges. Items must be unused with original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless it's a product defect or our error. Standard return policy applies to other brands. Cancellation of Order

Cancellation within processing the order will incur a 10% of the total value of the order restocking and administration fee.

Lost/Damaged Claim

Queries for missing/lost items must be completed within 14 days of despatch and queries for damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

Sale Items

All sales are final for sale items.
